Author Rachel E. Brooker was born in 1988, and has
been spinning tales since the age of three.
An avid Harry Potter fan, she spent years writing
fanfiction and honing her craft. After graduating from
university with a 2:1 in Creative Writing, she
continued editing a little story about a boy, his
vengeful foster brother, and a destructive rainbow …
until eventually publishing the book you now hold in
your hands.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her
polydactyl cat, Milo, and washing up. (Yes, you read
that right.) Diagnosed with A.D.D, (Attention Deficit
Disorder), she is proud to be a neurodivergent writer.
She also likes to sing Disney, jazz and pop, and does
drama and voice-overs when she can.
